Tune4Me is an early public beta for personal music discovery. By using Tune4Me, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Tune4Me Does
Tune4Me uses AI-assisted playlist generation and YouTube previews to help suggest music from a mood, moment, song idea, or music reference. Recommendations may be imperfect, unavailable, repeated, or different from what you expected.
Early Public Beta
Tune4Me is continuously improving. Features may change, fail, pause, or be removed. Preview availability, playlist generation, saved-song limits, and optional support features are not guaranteed.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Tune4Me, attempt to overload the service, scrape or automate requests, interfere with the app, submit unlawful content, or use Tune4Me to violate anyone else's rights.
AI-Generated Recommendations
Playlists are generated with AI assistance. Tune4Me does not guarantee that every recommendation is accurate, available, appropriate for every listener, or endorsed by any artist, label, platform, or rights holder.
Music Ownership and YouTube
Tune4Me does not host or store copyrighted music. Music playback and previews are provided through YouTube or links to YouTube. All songs, recordings, videos, artwork, artist names, and related rights remain with their respective owners. By using Tune4Me features that display, preview, search, or link to YouTube content, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Third-Party Services
Tune4Me relies on third-party services including OpenAI, YouTube/Google, Vercel, Formspree, and Stripe. Those services have their own terms and policies. Tune4Me is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, content, or policies.
Optional Paid Support
Tune4Me may offer optional paid support features, such as expanding the saved-song archive on your device. Unless otherwise stated, these features are browser/device-local and may not transfer across devices, browsers, cleared storage, or private browsing sessions.
Not Medical or Crisis Support
Tune4Me is for music discovery and reflection. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, mental-health treatment, or crisis support. If you may be in danger or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a trusted crisis resource.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tune4Me is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tune4Me and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Tune4Me evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
